#2. How did Daniel recover from his wounds?

When Daniel was first shown limping away from the Abigail plantation at the beginning of the episode, things didn’t look good for him. Not only was he mostly unable to protect himself from other humans, but he made himself vulnerable to the dead.

After surviving a close call with a couple of walkers on the street, Daniel was found by a man named Efrain who brought him to a source of water as well as someone to help clear the infection off his leg.

The water part was easy, as a fountain goes off at the same time every day. But it was the infected leg that was both disgusting to look and grotesque to be purified by Lola using a razor blade.

While Daniel still walks with a limp, he didn’t have to lose his leg and will likely heal to be close to 100%, which is great news for his fans!
