#3. How did they get there?

Misty Davis on Facebook asks: “What are your thoughts and opinions on Hillside and the Kingdom getting into ASZ with horses and a tiger with the Saviors and Scavengers at the gate???”

Many fans were standing and cheering during the season 7 finale of The Walking Dead when The Kingdom and The Hilltop arrived at the gates of Alexandria to save Carl from meeting Lucille and the same fate as Glenn and Abraham.

However, when thinking deeply about it, it’s difficult to figure out how everyone arrived without tipping off either The Saviors or The Scavengers to their presence and how they got to where they were headed.

My theory is that The Kingdom used their truck, but parked far enough away from Carol’s house that we just never saw it. The same technique could be used by The Hilltop. But how would they have known that a battle was going down without getting close enough to be heard?

Perhaps it was their strategy all along to park at the quarry or somewhere far enough away and have the element in surprise in the battle. Either way, it was a bit odd when you think about it, but it provided for a fantastic television moment with Shiva leaping into action!
