12) As Efrain forgives Daniel, we see his equipment behind Daniel. At the top of the rack…is that a katana?
13) The lightning bolt saving Daniel from the bearded infected is reminiscent of Rick’s group being saved from a herd by a tornado in Season Five’s “Them”.
14) Everado mentions how sneaking Daniel out will make Dante’s men assume them thieves. Is that why so many have been thrown from the dam? To find out the thieves’ identity?
15) Lola tells Daniel that Dante was the municipal president of Tijuana. This makes him the second ever politician seen in either Walking Dead series. The first was Deanna Monroe, who was a congresswoman from Ohio.
16) Lola warns J.C. about having infected in the water supply could do. This is the first time that concern has been raised in Fear and the first time since The Group found the “swimmer” in Hershel’s well in Season Two of The Walking Dead.
