It’s an age-old question. When having to choose between a romantic relationship with someone you’ve grown to love and a family that wasn’t always there for you and your problems, it can’t be easy to pick one.

Nick’s decision got even more difficult after a talk with Jeremiah Otto, who seemingly convinced him that he could be a great asset to the ranch and living there with his family would be good for everyone involved.
However, when he attempted to win Luciana over with a meal under the stars to keep her from moving on to the next location he was met with strange compliance and a note in the morning saying she had left.
While his choice got made for him, now he is left to make the decision of going after her or staying to help his family and the Otto family at the Broke Jaw Ranch. This is another tough call that may not be so easy.
