#5. An Adult TWD cartoon
Marquez Troupe on Facebook asks: “Does anyone working for W. D., Do you think you could turn this into an animated cartoon, with all the violence and gore but, not for kids.”
Adult cartoons based on comic books are nothing new. In fact, it has been done for a long time when you look into some of the action cartoons based on Japanese anime or manga as well as major properties like Spawn, The Boondocks, and others.

AMC has already released an animated comic version of The Walking Dead, but wouldn’t it be great to get an exclusive cartoon series based on the television show that follows the stories from there, and not the comics?
Sadly, this might be a pipe dream. Despite the popularity of the show and the comics, there might be limited appeal for an adult cartoon based on the series. The franchise already gets limited reception for Fear The Walking Dead, the webisodes, and even many of the games or toys, to this might be too much in a limited market.
For now, fans will just have to be happy with what they have, which is great. With two hit shows on AMC, the awesome comics, several great games, and a lot of cool toys, the motion comic will have to suffice unless it appears as though a concept like this could be a very profitable venture.
