Talked about scene: Fear The Walking Dead 308 ‘Then Kill Me’
By Adam Carlson
A meeting between Madison Clark and Jeremiah Otto made for an intense scene in the season 3 midseason finale of AMC’s Fear The Walking Dead.
While AMC delivered back-to-back episodes of Fear The Walking Dead on July 9, 2017, the major story was that episode 308 was the midseason finale for season 3. Fans know that those milestones usually mean something big is going to happen.
Of course, this episode was no exception. After showing Jeremiah’s true colors to the Clark family and having the dark history of Broke Jaw Ranch revealed, Madison knew the only way to get some kind of peace between the Black Hat and the people of the ranch was to eliminate the leader of the community.
Here is the scene people are talking about from episode 308 titled ‘Then Kill Me’ as hosted on the official YouTube channel of AMC:
Jeremiah tells Madison to go ahead and leave Broke Jaw Ranch if it is so dangerous. Madison says her kids aren’t going to die because he’s too stubborn and too hateful to do the right thing when it comes to the land.

Picking up the gun and putting it in front of Madison, Jeremiah says if she believes what she says that she should kill him. He continues, saying that the only reason they are there is because he had the balls to do what needed to be done.
Madison picks up the gun, but just then Nick enters the house. Jeremiah mocks Nick for being with his mother before explaining the situation he walked into. He says he likes Madison because she’s exactly like…
At that moment, Nick raises his gun and shoots Jeremiah in the head. Stunned for a moment, Madison takes the gun from Nick and uses it to make it appear as though Mr. Otto shot himself in the head.
