Fear the Walking Dead Survival attraction opens in Las Vegas
Fear the Walking Dead Survival is now open at the Fremont Street Experience in Las Vegas. Something tells me that this is one thing that won’t stay in Vegas.
As the TWD Family gets ready for the return of AMC’s Fear the Walking Dead, zombie enthusiasts can now take the fear to a whole new level with the opening of the Fear The Walking Dead Survival attraction in Las Vegas. The multimedia live-action experience is now open at the Fremont Street Experience in Downtown Las Vegas where it joins other thrilling attractions like the SlotZilla ziplines, the massive Viva Vision overhead screen, and classic Las Vegas casinos.
Anyone who has ever visited Downtown Las Vegas in the wee hours of the morning might have already spotted a few people who could be the actual walking dead, but that’s a whole other story. In this new attraction, guests are thrown into the world of Fear the Walking Dead.
The official website boasts that the attraction, which is a partnership between Triotech and AMC, is “part thrill ride, part escape room, part maze, part haunted house and part interactive video game” and it includes live actors who bring the undead to life. Fear the Walking Dead Survival boasts “elaborate sets, immersive audio and high-tech motion simulator technology.” The story takes place at a military medical shelter set up to take in people amid the “growing rumors of a zombie outbreak.”
The experience takes about 20 minutes to complete and reservations are required because only 12 guests can go through the experience at a time. Fear the Walking Dead Survival is open 1pm to 1am Sunday through Thursday and 1pm to 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. Tickets are $30 and are available on the official website.

The Fremont Street Experience has gone from music playing on the four block overhead screens to bands playing up and down the street, colorful street performers, and thrilling attractions. This isn’t your parents’ Downtown Las Vegas anymore, and while it might seem a bit strange to have an attraction based on Fear the Walking Dead in the middle of Sin City, it actually makes perfect sense. It’s a unique multimedia experience that will no doubt offer tons of memories for the TWD Family who are vacationing in Las Vegas.
Fear the Walking Dead returns on September 10 at 9pm on AMC.
