4. Luciana Will End Up At The Dam

Luciana hasn’t been seen since she left the ranch. But there’s a strong chance she could end up at the dam. Out on her own she will probably be looking for some kind of community to join. And joining a group that is already established and has control of a huge amount of clean water would be a smart move. Chances are that she will be welcome in Lola’s group. She has a lot to offer to a community. She’s a strong fighter as well as a good leader.

Luciana knew from the jump that Broke Jaw Ranch was a dysfunctional time bomb. Jeremiah Otto and the other residents of the ranch would never have welcomed her on the ranch because she is a person of color. She knew that. And since she’s pretty good at sizing up situations she probably saw from the beginning that the ranch was on the path to implode. So she got out early.

But she’s probably not gone for good. There aren’t a whole lot of safe places for people to go in that area. The dam would be hard to miss. So as she was trying to figure out where to go to find at least a momentary bit of safety she would most likely head for the dam. And, everyone else is ending up there so it makes sense that she would end up there too.  She and Nick had a good relationship. It would be nice if they were able to be reunited.
