13) Alicia tending to Nick in the infirmary is the second time she’s cared for him in a medical facility. The first time was in the pilot episode, which Nick references.
14) Jake tells Nick that the hell the ranch is in is because of him (Jake). Nick pauses at this. One wonders: Does he feel that the situation his family (And by extension, the ranch) finds themselves in is because of his actions in “Shiva”?
15) In finding the skull, Nick gets to the bottom of the “blood in the earth” (Which Nick references) that Jeremiah was rambling about in “Red Dirt”.
16) We also learn the investigation Jake mentioned in the previous episode (Which riled Qaletaqa so much) was about the murders of Qaletaqa’s father and uncle.
