Fear the Walking Dead: Madison makes more mistakes
Saving Troy
As soon as Troy said he wanted Madison to drive him away from the Ranch, it was crystal clear that he was up to something. Was anyone really surprised that he would try to escape? He attacked Walker’s man and could have easily killed Madison. And she could have easily killed him.
He didn’t.
And she didn’t.
It’s a strange dance that happens between them. He won’t kill her and she won’t kill him, and yet Troy is without question a threat to her fragile truce with Walker and his people.
Did Madison make a huge mistake by not killing him? Possibly. Troy could still prove useful down the line should he find his way back to the Ranch. However, he could also ruin any plans she has at peace with Walker’s people. He’s causing problems for the truce and he’s not even there. The seeds have been planted in the ranchers’ minds already and they are ready to fight for what they believe is theirs.

We can hope that Madison will finally learn from these mistakes. It might be helpful for her to have Strand around because she listens to him. If Madison can start thinking first and reacting later, she just might make it out of this alive. From a spectator standpoint, it’s amazing she’s lasted as long as she has.
