Kim Dickens to be at Gala Celebrating Women in TV by Paley Center LA
By Nir Regev
Fear the Walking Dead’s Kim Dickens will be attending a Gala celebrating Women in Television hosted by LA’s Paley Center on Thursday, October 12th.
Los Angeles’ Paley Center for Media will celebrate and honor the many acclaimed Women in Television in a Gala featuring one of our very own… Fear the Walking Dead’s Madison Clark, Kim Dickens!
Kim Dickens has been a remarkable acting standout, a versatile on-screen presence exuding strength and femininity. A key figure on television for her groundbreaking portrayals of strong passionate women. Ones that don’t play up to expected archetypes. Rather, showcasing a full painting of complexity on their canvas. Three-dimensional. Not losing their feminine side in the process. Secure, real, and most importantly universally relatable.
From Deadwood’s emotionally captivating Joanie Stubbs. Who went from under the grip of brothel owner Cy to seek her independence to Fear the Walking Dead’s leading matriarch.
Madison Clark, the mother willing to do anything to maintain the safety of her children. While in House of Cards we got to meet the stone-willed Kate Baldwin, a reporter tough but fair.
