Fans met Edwina Findley in episode 314 of Fear The Walking Dead in her role of Diana, but they can soon see her in the DC Comics project Black Lightning.
Whenever a new character appears on Fear The Walking Dead, there is hope they can be a longtime survivor. In season 3 episode 14 titled ‘El Matadero’, a pickaxe swinging woman named Diana made her debut and interacted with Alicia Clark.
The woman who plays Diana is actress Edwina Findley, who has previously been in shows and movies such as Get Hard, Tyler Perry’s If Loving You Is Wrong, and Insidious Chapter 2. But soon she can be seen in another huge project.
Deadline recently revealed that Findley has been cast in the upcoming DC Comics drama Black Lightning, where she will play a character named Tori.

Findley’s character in the project is being described as “the beautiful and cunning younger sister to Tobias Whale (Marvin ‘Krondon’ Jones III). Tori’s charming nature is just a facade as she can be just as deadly as Tobias, an exciting threat to the people of Freeland.”
Black Lightning showrunner and executive producer Salim Akil is very excited about adding Findley to the show’s cast, having this to say about the actress:
"“Edwina is a fantastic talent, and I am so excited she is joining us!”"
For those unfamiliar with Black Lightning, it is the story of a superhero who has hung up their costume but has decided to become a vigilante to corrent injustices.
For now, don’t miss Edwina Findley as Diana in Fear The Walking Dead or check out her work on Tyler Perry’s If Loving You Is Wrong. But keep an eye out for her in 2018 when DC Comics released Black Lightning on The CW.
