The Walking Dead’s exclusive press conference at New York Comic Con took place before this year’s panel and we got to spend time with the cast and crew. We asked Andrew Lincoln about the pivotal Rick Grimes/Negan/Carl ‘cut his arm off’ scene and what it took out of him to deliver that performance. Including a certain noticeable ‘snot moment’… One of the most epic fun answers from both Andrew Lincoln and Greg Nicotero followed!

Robert Kirkman was asked about The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead’s future with his new Amazon deal on the horizon. The cast’s biggest character regrets and do-overs were discussed, some responding with deadpan jokes, others morbid seriousness. It was an event not to be forgotten.

Walking Dead fans might have a pretty good idea just how charismatic Andrew Lincoln is in-person but trust us. It’s truly something to behold. Lincoln channeled Rick Grimes mannerisms, line delivery on-the-fly just with his native British accent.

It doesn’t get any better to witness that in-person if you’re a Walking Dead fan. There’s a reason we get those Emmy level Rick Grimes speeches each season, Lincoln is simply one of the most charismatic actors ever. And it shows, even off-screen, when you don’t necessarily have to be on for the cameras.

Let’s begin with Austin Amelio’s biggest Dwight character regret!
