If there’s one thing The Walking Dead cast could agree upon as regrets go… It’s that attacking that Savior satellite outpost probably started the whole thing. Well either that or the Daryl’s bazooka taking out a whole squad of biker Saviors. As Jeffrey Dean Morgan, joked, and “I’m the bad guy!” It’s clear there’s some remorse for starting this gruesome feud that could have been avoided.

One wonders what Norman Reedus meant when he said he has a “pretty gnarly’ regret this season. Will we find out on The Walking Dead’s season 8 premiere episode tonight?

Norman Reedus: There’s one in this season for me that’s pretty gnarly. God, I don’t know… I guess blowing up the bikers with a bazooka started off the whole thing! *laughs*.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan: There’s that

Norman Reedus: Yeah, that’s the good thing about this show. There’s so many regrets as you go through, it makes the characters seem really human, you know.

Melissa McBride: I think attacking the Saviors at the satellite.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan: Yeah, that was a little rough.

Melissa McBride: It probably set things off… But who knew

Norman Reedus: Yeah

Melissa McBride: It seemed like a good idea at the time!

Jeffrey Dean Morgan: And I’m the Bad Guy!
