#2. Is everyone okay from the grenade exploding?
There were a couple of intense moments that were left up in the air at the end of the season 8 premiere. Sadly, not all of them were resolved in this episode, but thankfully the fate of the people from The Kingdom when the grenade exploded was covered.
During an assault on a compound, one member of Negan’s group tossed a grenade that disoriented Carol, Ezekiel, Jerry, and the people from The Kingdom. Not only that, but plenty of dust was thrown up and walkers were attracted to make it even more dangerous.
Thankfully, no members of the group were harmed. The group was able to get themselves oriented, deal with the walkers, and stay safe while the dust and smoke cleared to reveal the escaping members of The Saviors.
While Shiva and the rest were able to track down the remaining members of Negan’s group, it wasn’t without issue. The next outpost was alerted to the attack coming to them, so they may not be as lucky next time.
