#5. What happened to Morales?

It has been a long, long time since fans have seen Morales. In fact, it was all the way back in season 1 at the camp outside Atlanta where he and his family parted ways with the original group of survivors.

The good news is that he did survive. Despite all the dangers in the world and going off with his wife and kids, he has managed to live through the zombie apocalypse to this point and return to the show.

The bad news is that he’s a member of The Saviors. He said he was heading toward Birmingham, Alabama, but instead ended up to the northeast near Washington, DC and there is no sign or mention of his family.

Right now, we have to assume that Morales is not friendly. The way he talked to Rick and held him at gunpoint means that he is a threat and needs to be eliminated, but can the leader of Alexandria see past who he was to execute the man he has become?
