Norman Reedus just wants his character on The Walking Dead to have a puppy. Is that too much to ask for?
If Norman Reedus could have one thing for Daryl on The Walking Dead, it would be for him to have a puppy. He even put it on his wish list for the show’s next 100 episodes. But since the puppy hasn’t manifested yet, Reedus is taking advantage of his puppy-hugging opportunities on his other AMC show, Ride with Norman Reedus.
Ride returns for its second season on November 5 at 11pm ET, and in a special clip from AMC we see Reedus meeting various pups on his motorcycle journeys. Reedus makes it very clear from the start that he likes dogs and he isn’t afraid to show it.
Take a look at the clip from season 2 of Ride:
We all know that animals haven’t had great luck on The Walking Dead, but it would be fun to see Daryl running around with a dog. King Ezekiel has Shiva, so why not have Daryl with a dog?
As you can see, Reedus is an animal lover. We already know he loves his cat, but he loves dogs, too. He enjoys meeting all of the dogs on his rides and he even serenades a little white poodle named Sunny, who seems to enjoy the attention.
