#1. What’s next for Morales?

Last week, fans were stunned to discover that a familiar face from the past had returned to the show. After being gone since season 1, Morales made his homecoming to AMC’s zombie survival drama as a member of The Saviors.

Morales didn’t show a lot of love to Rick. Despite their past, the former Atlanta survivor saw Rick as nothing more than an obstacle to getting past and a trophy he could give to Negan on a silver platter.

There was some good dialogue delivered between Rick and Morales, and the returning character seemed to have a significant advantage over the leader of Alexandria through their entire interaction.

The story of Morales ended last week. Daryl Dixon snuck in during the standoff and put a crossbow bolt right into his head. Even though he did recognize his former survival companion, it made no impact on the decision to end Morales’ life right there.
