11) As Dianne and Tara arrive to breakup Morgan’s fight with Jesus, Morgan reacts as though he doesn’t know how he got there. While he’s struggled with his rage before, this is the first time he’s shown symptoms of dissociative disorder (Multiple personalities, memory gaps, etc).

12) This episode specifically gets its name from Gregory calling The Saviors “Monsters” as Jesus returns with the radar station prisoners.

13) I say “specifically” because, considering Morales calling Rick a monster, Daryl callously killing Morales and Todd, Morgan seeming to return to Crazytown, and Eric turning, the episode title could have been a reference to any of them.

14) Eric makes the fourth (named) casualty The Alliance suffers, behind Francine, Andy, and Freddie in the previous episode.

15) Additionally, Eric turning is a major departure from the comics. In the comics, a shot to the head by a Savior killed Eric while he attacking one of their compounds.
