The Walking Dead 805 first look and synopsis: ‘The Big Scary U’
The Walking Dead continues as we see what happened after last week’s big fight. Here’s your first looks and synopsis of “The Big Scary U.”
Though it seems like the big season season 8 premiere of The Walking Dead was yesterday, we’re over halfway through 8A and we’re building a story that will peak with the supersized midseason finale in just a few weeks.
After spending most of our time so far with Rick and the three communities, and after devastating losses on both sides, it’s time to check in with the Saviors. We haven’t seen Negan since that fateful season premiere, and the last time we saw the Sanctuary it was overrun with Walkers.
Here’s the official synopsis of The Walking Dead episode 805 “The Big Scary U” from AMC:
"“With war raging all around him, we get a close look at Negan and the lives of the Saviors during the conflict through a familiar set of eyes.”"
With Negan seemingly gone, it is up to Simon, Gavin, Dwight and Eugene to figure out the next move. And therein lies the problem: They’re the worst ones to rule the roost. Negan seems to enjoy talking to Father Gabriel, so does this mean Gabriel has a chance to make it out alive?
Rick and Daryl are making preparations to continue their assault on the Saviors and it’s not clear whether or not they’re aware of the losses that the Kingdom suffered yet. Daryl says to Rick that they have to win, and at this point they have to finish this battle because they have gone too far and risked too much already.
The battle rages on in this week’s episode of The Walking Dead.
