The Attack Came From Within, Right?

Rick and Daryl surround a fallen Savior and ask about the chemical plant. He says everyone’s dead there. Rick doesn’t believe he’s the only one who survived. He says the King, Jerry and Carol survived. His other people are all gone. Rick looks away and Daryl walks away. He dies and Rick stabs him in the head.

Negan says they can wait it out to see if his people can figure out that they’re in there. People will die if they think Negan is dead. He doesn’t have anything to confess, and he wants to know why Gabriel became a priest. Gabriel says he loves God and people and wanted to bring them together. Negan says it’s the same for him. He has always done that. Negan says that people will die because he’s not there to stop it. He whistles.

Simon and the lieutenants want to know if Negan is dead. Regina asks if Negan is dead but Simon says they’re all Negan. She says the workers can go clear a path. Eugene steps in and says those numbers won’t work. They’ll die in a few minutes. She says they would use the workers as a distraction to get a team out to warn the satellites. Eugene says that would cause unrest. Dwight agrees, and even Simon says the workers must be kept in line. Gavin says there are snipers all around the building and Gavin says that someone in there caused this. They knew what was coming to attack like that. Dwight says they don’t have to kill anyone. They can get out, and he shuts down Gavin and Regina quickly. He tells Simon that if he can’t lead the Saviors out, he will. Simon gets in Dwight’s face and cheers for him. Simon looks at Eugene and threatens to kill their traitor slowly. Little does he know, they have the wrong idea of the traitor. Simon leaves, and Eugene looks over at Dwight.
