11) Negan telling Father Gabriel people may start dying in The Sanctuary if he’s believed dead is the first revelation we’ve had of just how fragile the order within The Saviors is.

12) While talking with Father Gabriel, Negan mentions the previous leader of The Saviors (Assuming they were called that then) and describes the group upon his arrival. He refers to them as a “loose confederation of assholes” and “an army of gangs of animals”. This is only the second time we’ve heard about the pre-Negan Saviors, with Gordon referencing it to Dwight in Season Seven’s “The Cell”.

13) Daryl and Rick coming to blows is the first time we’ve seen members of The Group fight each other since Carol and Morgan got into a fight in Season Six’s “Start To Finish”.

14) Negan refers to wearing walker camo as “gut[ting] up”. This is the first time we’ve actually heard a term for this in The Walking Dead, though, Luciana called it “put[ting] on make up” in Fear The Walking Dead.

15) Negan’s confession about his wife (As well as his story about taking over The Saviors) are the first glimpses we’ve gotten of his backstory.
