85. Morgan Arrives At A Really Bad Time

Rick and Morgan are once again reunited in “First Time Again” but this time the roles have been reversed. Morgan, now a peace-loving and gentle stick-wielding man, sees Rick kill a man in front of a group of Alexandrians. He doesn’t have the backstory, namely, that Rick killed Pete for abusing his wife and kids and inadvertently killing Deanna’s husband. Deanna is the one who tells Rick to pull the trigger.

Now Morgan and Rick are on opposite sides of the ethical fence. They have both been through so much at that point so now that Morgan has reclaimed his sanity, Rick thinks that Morgan will understand what is happening, but Morgan is totally opposed to what’s going on. He wants to find peaceful solutions, and moving forward this becomes a point of contention between them.
