Andrew Lincoln of The Walking Dead stopped by Stroud Bowl in England to bowl and promote the MacMillan Cancer coffee and cake afternoon on February 18th.

Bowling is one of the most popular recreation activities in the world. The thrill of knocking down pins and trying to beat your best score is something many people find very enjoyable, including Andrew Lincoln of The Walking Dead.

The man who plays Rick Grimes on the popular AMC zombie survival drama series stopped in at the Stroud Bowl alley to have a little fun but also promoted a coffee and cake afternoon charity event for MacMillan Cancer Support.

The Stroud News and Journal documented the popular actor’s visit to the bowling alley, stating that he stopped to happily take many photos with both the visitors and employees at the facility.

While there is no word on how good of a bowler Andrew Lincoln may be or what kind of coffee or cake are his favorites, it is great to see him promoting an event for a great cause with the fans in Stroud.

Here is another individual getting a photo with Andrew Lincoln at Stroud Lanes while the actor appears to be telling a story while wearing a hat with a bear on it.

Lincoln’s first big break in acting was in the BBC drama This Life where he played a character named Egg. But since then he has gained a lot more attention for his roles in the film Love Actually and AMC’s The Walking Dead.

Check out the photo of him posing with the staff of Stroud Bowl as well as some candy dispensing machines!

Lincoln is not a stranger to Stroud. In fact, he’s usually seen in the area a few times a year and the Stroud News and Journal believes this is due to family or friends living in the area.
