The Walking Dead mid-season premiere is a few short weeks away, and now we have the title and synopsis for the first episode without Carl.

By the time The Walking Dead fans see episode 810 on March 4, Carl will be gone. AMC released the title and synopsis of the second episode of season 8B and it’s clear the group is still dealing with Carl’s loss.

Episode 810 is titled “The Lost and the Plunderers.” The synopsis for the episode is fairly simple but it gives fans a good sense of where things stand two episodes into the second half of the season:

"“Groups unite their forces and converge on the Hilltop; Aaron and Enid search for allies.”"

Simple, yet to the point, right?

The Hilltop seems to be the only community left standing after the events of the mid-season finale, which means that it’s going to have to be able to support the survivors and the Savior POWs that Jesus brought back. Having those POWs around is still a liability no matter how you view it, and there’s no question this will play out during the season.

Meanwhile, Aaron and Enid’s search for allies took them to Oceanside, where they were involved in a fight that inadvertently led to Natania’s death. With the matriarch gone, will the women of Oceanside feel differently about joining the fight? It’s possible that with Negan’s forces on the run, this is the moment some of the women have been waiting for. They’re armed and they’re trained to fight; will the women seek revenge against the Saviors who murdered their men and boys?

The Walking Dead mid-season premiere can’t come soon enough. It’s going to be tough dealing with Carl’s loss, but there’s still a lot of story to be told in All Out War. Find out what happens when The Walking Dead returns February 25 on AMC.
