Robert Kirkman, the creator of The Walking Dead, will be hosting an Ask Me Anything event on Tumblr to promote his new comic book series Oblivion Song.

In addition to building a blockbuster franchise with The Walking Dead, Robert Kirkman has been working on finding other properties to develop into the next big comic book series or television show.

Skybound and Kirkman are coming together to bring a new comic book titled Oblivion Song to readers on March 7, 2018 featuring artwork by Lorenzo De Felici and Annalisa Leoni plus a story by Robert Kirkman himself.

Leading up to the release of the new comic book series, Robert Kirkman will be answering questions from fans on STARDOM Tumblr regarding Oblivion Song, The Walking Dead, or anything else about him or his created franchises.

For those curious about what the new comic book series is all about, here is the description of Oblivion Song as shared on the official website of Image Comics:

"“A decade ago, 300,000 citizens of Philadelphia were suddenly lost in Oblivion. The government made every attempt to recover them, but after many years, they gave up. Nathan Cole…won’t. He makes daily trips, risking his life to try and rescue those still living in the apocalyptic hellscape of Oblivion. But maybe…Nathan is looking for something else? Why can’t he resist the siren call of the Oblivion Song?”"

Of course, fans can always check out The Walking Dead, Fear The Walking Dead, Invincible, Outcast, and other properties from Robert Kirkman at any time by hitting their local comic book shop, purchasing a DVD, or checking out where streaming video is provided.
