The bad things from TWD 813

  1. Morgan seeing ghosts again. His need to ‘clear’ is something well documented in past episodes, but that version of him is both scary and deadly. Seeing the ghost version of Gavin is the start of a bad trend for him, and one that is interesting heading into his trip to Fear The Walking Dead in season 4.
  2. Simon is a horrible strategist. In war, the best route to take is usually never a straight line from point A to point B…especially when the opposing side has made sure that path is to their advantage. Simon led his people into an obvious ambush and showed why Negan is usually much better at creating plans of attack.
  3. “It’s just a scratch”. Was Tara or Rick hit by one of the blood and guts covered weapons of The Saviors? it’s interesting to note this exchange going forward since we don’t really know what the future might hold for Tara or Rick now.
  4. Is nobody keeping an eye on Henry? Did we learn nothing from Carl not staying in the house? Plus, there should be someone watching the kids…or is Henry the only one his age left? Either way, you’d think the combination of what happened, Henry’s mindset, and what happened with Carl would make watching him a bigger priority.
  5. Another dead doctor! Really?I feel like doctors have the most dangerous job in the zombie apocalypse despite not fighting on the front lines. It feels like the show is making these important characters seem easily replaceable, or make Siddiq even more important.
