12) As Rick searches the basement for Negan, he finds a barred door labeled “eaters”. This is at least the nineteenth (If not the twentieth) unique name for the dead in the show.
13) As Simon and Dwight assess the wreckage of Negan’s car, Simon says “[Negan] could be anywhere; Alive or dead or somewhere in between”. This is almost exactly what Negan had said to The Saviors about Hilltop at the end of the previous episode.
14) This episode gets its name from the book of architectural schematics Georgie gives Maggie, called “A Key To A Future”.
