The Walking Dead continues with season 8 episode 14, “Still Gotta Mean Something.” Here’s your synopsis of the all-new episode airing April 1, 2018.

There’s a break in the action as Simon and the Saviors fall back, the Hilltop recovers and we check back in with Jadis and her prisoner at the Heap. Let’s talk about this week’s episode of The Walking Dead.

Here’s the official synopsis of The Walking Dead “Still Gotta Mean Something” from AMC:

“A Heaps prisoner makes a discovery; Carol searches for someone in the nearby forest; Rick and Morgan find themselves in the company of strangers.”

Jadis is holding Negan captive. What she doesn’t know is that he didn’t order the slaughter of her people, but none of that really matters…or does it? Negan didn’t want people to be killed but you can’t trust Simon, and now Negan knows the truth thanks to his encounter with Rick. This puts Negan in a very difficult situation because there isn’t much he can do to prove his innocence, as he has blood on his hands already.

Carol goes out to find someone in the forest. Can we assume she’s looking for Henry, who disappeared after the Savior prisoners broke free of their pen? Carol feels a certain sense of responsibility for Henry even though she’s under no obligation to watch out for him. Is she looking for Henry, or is she looking for someone else?

Meanwhile, Rick and Morgan are also out on an expedition and they meet some strangers. Are they going to have their own encounter with Georgie? This isn’t the best time for anyone to be meeting new people but let’s hope that anyone who comes along at this point is friend, not foe. The group needs time to regroup and recover after Simon’s attack before meeting new people.
