Who got in the car with Negan during The Walking Dead episode 814?

This theory might be more wishful thinking than anything. While Heath hasn’t appeared since season 7 episode 6 of the show, he was never confirmed to be dead or even been mentioned since his disappearance.
Of course, the actor who plays Heath left the show to play the lead in the FOX drama 24: Legacy, which has since been cancelled. This opens up opportunities for him to return to the show since there wouldn’t be a conflict in schedule with that show anymore.
Still, there are some flaws in this theory. Why would Negan be so welcoming to Heath? Would he even know who heath is well enough to comment that he looks to be in horrible condition? Or would Negan even care?
Fans may never know what PPP means and there is a chance we might never find out what happened to Heath at the RV when Tara was fighting for her life, but it’s great there are still some viewers out there holding onto hope that he will return to the show soon.
