Who got in the car with Negan during The Walking Dead episode 814?

Last time fans saw Aaron, he was staying behind at Oceanside to try to convince the ladies there to join in the fight against Negan and The Saviors during All-Out War in order to not hide in the woods anymore.
He won’t likely be welcome there and that story will likely be explored in next week’s episode of the show, meaning the timelines could sync up form Aaron to be walking back toward The Hilltop after struggling to negotiate with Oceanside.
But why would Negan be so friendly toward Aaron? And why would Aaron have any desire whatsoever to get into a car with Negan after everything he and The Saviors have done to him and his boyfriend Eric?
While it’s more possible for the stranger to be Aaron than Heath, it is still highly unlikely that Aaron will be getting into a car with Negan any time soon.
