Nick Clark
Nick Clark is a complicated character. At times he seems unstable, and at other times he seems the most stable of all the characters. He is charming, naïve, and brutally honest all at the same time. He avoids conflict but can and does kill quite easily. In some ways Nick might be the person that is the most prepared for surviving the apocalypse.
He adapts instantly to any situation. And as a long term heroin addict he’s faced off with death many times so he isn’t scared of dying. He’s also not scared of the dead. Instead he’s fascinated by them. He learned very early that if he covered himself in blood or guts he could walk among them safely. He uses this trick often, not always for survival.
As an addict in the apocalypse where drugs are not easily available he’s gone through forced detox but still craves drugs. And while they are hard to get they aren’t impossible to get. So in addition to trying to fight to survive Nick has to fight his addiction.
Nick loves his mother and sister but he has no problems leaving them and has left them several times. There is something innately restless in Nick and that hasn’t gone away in the apocalypse world. He has perfected the art of living in the moment and he lets things and people go easily, even those he loves.He is the partner of Luciana Galvez.
