Fear The Walking Dead: Characters you need to know before season 4

Luciana Galvez

Luciana Galvez is a survivor that Nick met in Season 3. She was living at a community called La Colonia. She was a trusted advisor to the leader of the community and also ran the security team. She rescued Nick and helped him heal from injuries he had gotten when he was wandering alone after leaving Madison and Alicia at the end of season 2.

Luciana is a kind and caring person but she can also fight very well. She won’t hesitate to kill to protect herself or members of her community. While some of the other Fear survivors seem just fine on their own Luciana prefers to be part of a community. She finds purpose and fulfillment in helping a community thrive and is willing to do whatever needs to be done to help those around her.

At the end of season 2 La Colonia fell and Luciana and Nick led the few survivors towards the border trying to find safe haven. They were attacked and she was shot. She and the Clarks ended up at Brokejaw Ranch, a survivalist encampment. She was allowed to stay until she healed but it was clear that as a Mexican she was not welcome or safe there. Rather than force Nick to choose between her or his family she left the ranch on her own.

She was missing for most of season 3 but is back in season 4. What happened to her after she left the ranch will be revealed at some point in season 4. When season 4 starts she is back with Nick, Madison, Alicia and Victor and has been back with them for awhile.
