Andy

• Introduced: Episode 611 “Knots Untie”
• Died: Episode 802 “The Damned”
• Killed by: Shot several times by The Saviors

As a resident of The Hilltop, Andy was one of the few named characters from the community. Although very little is known about his history, he appears to be a strong-willed individual who is willing to do what it takes to protect his home.

He has been present for many of the big scenes involving The Saviors at The Hilltop, including when they demanded half of their supplies and witnessing the execution of Rory, neither of which were shown on screen, but described by Andy.

Andy was part of the group that took a supply run to an outpost of The Saviors that was deemed to have come up light, resulting in being told to bring Gregory’s head back to Negan’s people. Plus, he watched as Rick Grimes saved Gregory’s life from Ethan after stabbing him in the guts.

Part of every important action at The Hilltop, Andy was a trusted member of the community and went on several trips including the ones to The Saviors compound, the assault on The Sanctuary, and a return to the Satellite compound, which is where he was shot several times by The Saviors.
