In the aftermath of Nick’s death on Fear The Walking Dead there were some surprising developments in Buried. Here’s what fans thought of this intense episode.
The first Fear The Walking Dead episode after the death of Nick Clark was predictably intense and delivered a couple of pretty big plot twists. A little more of the backstory of the diamond was revealed through Strand, Alicia and Luciana answering Althea’s questions as they agreed to do in order to get Althea to drive them.
The three told Althea that they wanted to go to a particular place to bury Nick, but once they arrived at the place it was discovered they really wanted to go there to retrieve a large cache of weapons. Alicia, Strand and Luciana are even more determined to get revenge on The Vultures now after Nick’s death.
After Nick killed Ennis the group went through the things Ennis had been gathering and there was a map with a rendezvous point marked on it. So Alicia and the others are going on the offensive and headed to kill as many Vultures as they can.
Even though it’s clear that something bad happened at the diamond and that The Vultures played a major role in it the details of what happened haven’t been revealed yet. But it was revealed that Naomi is actually Laura, the woman that John has been searching for. And unfortunately Naomi/Laura is dead, according to Alicia.
Does that mean that Madison is dead also? And is Naomi/Laura really dead? Could she just be missing? Fans had a lot of questions after the ending of “Buried” and some pretty strong reactions to another fantastic episode of Fear The Walking Dead:

Even though Alicia said Naomi is dead I think she’s alive. I have hope for a happy reunion for her and John Dorie. #FearTWD

Next: Teaser preview video: Fear TWD 405: Laura
It definitely doesn’t look good for Madison being still alive in the current timeline, but maybe fans will get some new clues about where she is and if she’s alive before the midseason finale. Next week’s Fear The Walking Dead looks like it will be a bottle episode focusing on John and his backstory with Naomi/Laura. A whole episode devoted to John Dorie? Yes, please!
