The good stuff from FearTWD 406

  1. Don’t try to quick draw John. At this point, we’ve seen John do some amazing things with his revolvers and seeing this man gamble with his life by going for his gun when warned by John and Morgan was both amusing and foolish. Funny stuff!
  2. Nick continuing to plan for the future. It’s awesome that he’s continually looking for ways to keep his living despite all the threats around them. Hopefully, his vision for the future can be realized and those who survive can find a thriving settlement.
  3. Fighting for Naomi. John seems to really be fighting to see his ‘Laura’ again. Based on his altercation with the person he shot in the hand, he doesn’t seem to really believe that she is gone quite yet. Love can do that to people.
  4. Madison’s positivity. Madison was mostly unlikable during previous seasons of this show, but the destruction of the dam and getting everyone back together again seems to have changed the way she operates. Her dealings with Strand were perfect, and her approach with Naomi is more than fair.
  5. Seeing the fear in a survivor. Most of the time, we see brave characters jumping into action and saving the day. It’s refreshing to see Naomi be afraid to climb a rope bridge and struggle to do what needs to be done. It brings a human edge to characters that needed to be shown.
