Norman Reedus shares fun fan edits of his old school picture

No one will ever be able to say that The Walking Dead star Norman Reedus doesn’t have a sense of humor as he shares new twists on his old school pictures.

Norman Reedus might play a tough guy on The Walking Dead, but he’s got a great sense of humor and doesn’t have a problem making fun of himself. The actor recently posted a series of edits based on an old school photo from his younger days, and the resulting images are pure gold.

The series of images posted on the actor’s Instagram account begin with one of a very young Norman with bright blonde hair and an unruly hair cut. You can tell it’s Norman because he has the actor’s signature smile going already.

But that’s where things take a fun and extremely creative twist.

Fans took the image and created their own edits, giving Young Norman dark sunglasses, snakes, flowers, fairy wings, The Walking Dead’s “Don’t Open Dead Inside” treatment, and even a cameo with Jeffrey Dean Morgan. Reedus posted the images to his social media on Friday night for all the world to see.

Costar Alanna Masterson (Tara) commented on the original photo, telling Reedus that “You still make this face.”

It’s great to see a fan favorite like Reedus having fun and allowing his fans to join in. He clearly appreciates and enjoys these sort of things, and there’s no question that his legions of fans enjoy sending their art to him, too.
