Fear The Walking Dead new video clip shows John Dorie alive

Fear The Walking Dead released a video of the first few minutes of the next episode which shows that John Dorie is alive, for the moment anyway.

There isn’t a new episode of Fear The Walking Dead this week because of the Memorial Day holiday but Fear The Walking Dead’s official twitter account released a video showing the first three minutes of the next episode. Thankfully it looks like beloved new character John Dorie may pull through after being shot by Alicia in the last episode.

In the video clip Naomi and Morgan pull John to safety behind the vehicle Naomi was driving as the firefight between Alicia, Strand, Luciana and The Vultures rages around them. Naomi attempts to get medical supplies from the ambulance that Vulture leader Mel is using to escape. She doesn’t succeed but as she drops back the ambulance explodes. And Alicia raises her gun again. Will she shoot at Naomi again?

Fans have been anxious awaiting news of John Dorie’s fate since he was shot in the last episode, ‘Just In Case’. When The Vultures and Alicia’s group faced off it appeared that Naomi had joined The Vultures.

Alicia shot at Naomi but John stepped in front of her to take the bullet himself. Fans were devastated to think that John would die so soon after joining the show but this clip makes it look like John will survive. But will Naomi survive? Alicia looks like she’s getting ready to take another shot at Naomi and this time she’s got a totally clear shot. You can watch the video here:

Some Answers But More Questions

The video clip gives us some answers but also raises more questions. Why is Alicia dead set on killing Naomi? How did Naomi end up with The Vultures? Was she a Vulture all along? What happened at the diamond? Is Mel dead because of the ambulance explosion? And where is Madison?

There are two episodes left before the midseason hiatus of Fear The Walking Dead and based on the video clip released today it looks like the show isn’t going to be backing off the feverish intensity that has been part of every episode so far in Season 4.
