Known for playing T-Dog on The Walking Dead, IronE Singleton will pass on his acting knowledge and help teach the craft at his acting school in Georgia.

Getting into acting can be incredibly difficult. For many, it takes years of honing their craft before getting a single opportunity to make a good impression. However, thanks to a former cast member of The Walking Dead, that road might become a little easier.

It was announced on May 31, 2018 that IronE Singleton will be opening the IronE School of the Arts in Suwanee, GA and is now accepting registration for acting classes as well as offering services like getting headshots, producing audition tapes, voiceover recording, and much more.

A full list of prices for the acting classes and services available are listed on the school’s official website, but Singleton also goes above and beyond by providing FREE acting workshops to young people who may not otherwise be able to attend.

Singleton released a statement about his school and why he feels it can help inspire the next group of great actors to take up the craft:

"“I’m passionate about inspiring others and thankful that now through IronE School of the Arts, I will be able to provide private and group training in the arts for actors and aspiring actors of all ages, worldwide and FREE acting workshops to underprivileged youth!”"

IronE Singleton has an impressive resume, a positive attitude, a great sense of humor, and an infectious smile that will help make the learning process a lot of fun. Here are just some of the projects you may know him from:

  • The Walking Dead – T-Dog
  • The Blind Side – Alton
  • Franklin & Bash – Judge Bruce Mull / Worker
  • Somebodies – Epitome
  • Detroit 1-8-7 – Priest
  • The Box Cutter – Tim
  • and many more!

In addition to his television and film credits, Singleton stars in his own one-man stage show BLINDSIDED by The Walking Dead where he discusses his dark past, sings, dances, tells jokes, and inspires his audience to be the best they can be.
