The bad things from FearTWD 407

  1. Not hearing people out. Naomi may have double-crossed the survivors at the baseball diamond, but the reason for her doing what she has done is something she should hear and viewers of the show really want to find out. Delaying that answer just makes me even more curious to find out.
  2. Mel’s death. Saying goodbye to Mel already is kind of sad. While he was a bad guy, he still had a really unique combination of charm and cockiness that made him interesting and could have made a long run on the show something fans would have enjoyed. Still, it was great to have Kevin Zegers as part of the cast while he was around.
  3. Don’t think about what he said. Madison might see a threat in The Vultures, but ignoring multiple warnings and stubbornly holding on to something that might be putting everyone at risk isn’t wise. It’s great she wants to protect her family and friends, but there has to be some smarts behind the fight as well.
  4. Taking in an injured enemy. Mel has continually threatened the group and Charlie has lied to get inside info. Believing her again and letting a dangerous person into the community is just not smart. They could have set him up somewhere outside the diamond to heal or brought him to someone who could have helped if they didn’t want to kill him, but what they did is just too dangerous!
  5. So…the diamond doesn’t look great. It looks like the baseball stadium fell and walkers were everywhere, making the impression that returning to the area may have been a massive mistake, even if it was the best place to get meds for John. Hopefully, they’ll come up with a great plan.
