8) The fact that the motel group turned on each other over a few cans of beans out of desperation seems like some extremely ominous foreshadowing.

9) According to Madison and Strand, the group spent time in Roswell, New Mexico.

10) Naomi’s former base seems to be the second FEMA camp made out of an abandoned school in either series, and the first(?) since the high school Shane and Otis searched to get medical equipment to save Carl in The Walking Dead Season Two episode, “Save The Last One”.

11) This episode reveals not only that Naomi’s daughter, Rose, died when the camp fell, but also that Rose’s father died during the outbreak.

12) Incidentally, the fact Naomi refers to Rose’s dad as “her father” and not by his name suggests that the two may have split up prior to the outbreak. This is similar to the relationship between Hannah (a.k.a. “Bicycle Girl Zombie”) and her ex-husband, Andrew, in the very first series of Walking Dead webisodes, Torn Apart.

13) The fact Naomi is a medical professional who lost her previous group and is haunted by that makes her quite similar to Bob Stookey. We learned that Bob shared a very similar backstory when we got to know him in Season Four of The Walking Dead.

14) Rose turning after getting sick (And wreaking havoc on the group) is similar to what happened to Patrick during the flu epidemic in Season Four of The Walking Dead, as well.
