Fear The Walking Dead got a big boost when Morgan Jones made the jump to the companion series, but what other actors should join the AMC zombie drama?

The cast of Fear The Walking Dead is amazing. Talented actors like Alycia Debnam-Carey, Colman Domingo, Danay Garcia, and others got a boost when it was revealed Lennie James would be making the jump to the show.

So far, James’ character Morgan Jones has made quite an impact on the series, but the question remains of which other individuals could make the jump to the companion series in future seasons of the show.

This question was posed to the cast of Fear The Walking Dead at San Diego Comic Con by Variety, who shared a video of the discussion on their Twitter account:

Garret Dillahunt was first to answer, saying that he can’t think of a character he’d like to see make the jump. Meanwhile, Maggie Grace has a little fun and states that it should be Judith, with a big smile on her face and Danay Garcia mentions Negan.

Jenna Elfman says she’d love to do some stuff with Carol, with Dillahunt adding that she shadowed the director from the episode featuring the relationship between ‘Laura’ and John Dorie. Even Lennie James said Melissa McBride went to lunch with him after the filming, surprising people at the Texas restaurant.

Jumping back in, Danay Garcia says she’d love to see Michonne make the jump to share a scene with Danai Gurira. Strangely, Colman Domingo stayed out of the conversation, playing with his microphone while others spoke.

While it would be fun to see some more familiar faces from AMC’s flagship zombie drama make the jump to the companion series, the current cast is strong and tightly-knit. Dillahunt was right to say that it’s not necessary to have anyone else change shows since the direction is a positive one.
