Fear the Walking Dead is back for the second half of season 4 and the last time we saw the group, things were bleak. Here’s your preview of episode 409, “People Like Us.”

There’s a storm brewing in Texas and the remaining survivors are in its direct path for the mid-season premiere of Fear the Walking Dead. With Nick and Madison gone forever, there’s a gaping hole in the heart of the group as well as a healthy amount of suspicion now that Charlie has joined the group. But it’s the storm that has our attention, and that’s where we pick up in episode 409, “People Like Us.”

Now that the timelines have finally matched up, it’s time for the group to start moving toward whatever their future will be, together or on their own. However, the storm might change everything for the group.

As you can see in the first few minutes of “People Like Us” the rain is coming down and the sign says the roads might flood. Al’s truck seems to be staying put but things are looking bad for the Infected flying around.

The first few minutes of the episode also reveal that Morgan is getting ready for a trip. As was previously reported, he thinks his time in Texas has come to an end and now he’s ready to go back to Alexandria. It’s an interesting move for Morgan, who insisted that he didn’t need anyone when he left the first time. Could it be that he misses his friends? Certainly. But can he leave his new friends behind?

With the storm on the horizon and Morgan getting ready to leave, is this new group of survivors ready to face the wrath of Mother Nature?
