The women on Fear The Walking Dead play such a huge key role in fulfilling the legacy of one of the show’s most important characters.

When Fear The Walking Dead began its story, we saw Madison Clark, a school counselor and mother lead her family throughout the zombie apocalypse.  We saw Madison go through some grueling times in order to create a better life for Alicia and Nick. Madison’s final journey lead her to create a community where people could come together and help each other survive in order to create a better future for her family. Madison wanted to show Alicia and Nick that a better world could still exist amongst the darkness. Tragically, Madison Clark’s story came to an end this season when she made the ultimate sacrifice to save her family and the people of her community. Her legacy shall never be forgotten as she will live through the lives of all of the powerful women on the show.

The storm will bring healing

Currently in Fear The Walking Dead, the survivors are in the midst of being hit by a huge storm. The storm, as dangerous as it looks, could metaphorically bring some peace and healing for certain members of the group. Alicia Clark has lost both her mother Madison and her brother Nick in the span of a very short time. Luciana has also lost Nick as her partner. Both Alicia and Luciana have a shared loss, that if they bond together and try to help get each other through the pain, could end up being very beneficial and powerful for the both of them. This is exactly what Madison would have wanted. She would have wanted her people to come together and help each other through the pain in order to see better days ahead. June is similarly dealing with her own demons as well. June is still dealing with the pain of losing her child and trying to come to terms with the world as it is now. All of these women have a lot of self-healing to do, but together, using their pain for something greater and better would be so beneficial to all of them.

The sun will shine after the storm

While it is unknown how long the storm will take place this season, just like after any storm, we can hope for some sunshine for the survivors. It would be so powerful getting to see Alicia Clark take charge as a leader, taking after her mother once she has healed and come to terms with her situation. Alicia Clark is strong-willed and has proven herself many times in the past that she is capable of leading and making decisions for a group, just like Madison. This is exactly what Madison would have wanted, for Alicia to be amongst such powerful women leading the future. Luciana will hopefully as well find peace from her pain of losing Nick. Luciana has become such an amazing character in the show, and she definitely has a greater story to be told. Althea adds so much to the story as one of the most captivating and headstrong journalists the apocalypse has ever seen! June is on her way to better times by finding peace within herself and using her healing skills to help others, she is so needed in this world. It is going to be so amazing to see when you have Alicia, Luciana, June, and Althea all in one group taking on the world in the zombie apocalypse, you better stand out of their way or be prepared to lose!

Fear The Walking Dead has introduced viewers to so many powerful women throughout the entirety of the show, and fans are in love with the women power that is being presented in the show. By having all of these strong and captivating female characters, Madison Clark’s story really does come in full circle. While it is devastating knowing that we will never see Madison Clark again, we will see her courage and strength in all of the women on the show. Madison only ever wanted the best for Alicia, and now Alicia can come together with all of the women to create a better future than the past that they leave behind.
