Alicia found herself trapped in the storm with the last person she wanted to see. Let’s break it all down in our review of Fear the Walking Dead “Close Your Eyes.”

Hurricane aside, this week’s episode of Fear the Walking Dead was without a doubt one of the most emotional episodes of the series. “Close Your Eyes” featured Alicia trying to stay alive in a storm only to discover that she’s not alone. Of all the people she could be trapped with, it’s the last person she would ever want to see. However, when making it out of the storm includes a life or death struggle, all of a sudden things look a lot different.

Alycia Debnam-Carey gave her all in this episode and that’s one of the reasons why it’s so good. From her voice cracking as she says she might kill the other person in the house to watching her aim a gun at Charlie twice in the same episode, it’s a jarring episode that will live on in top ten lists from this point forward.

There’s a lot to unpack from this week’s episode of Fear the Walking Dead, so let’s take a look at the good, the bad and the interesting from “Close Your Eyes.”
