1) As Alicia enters the living room of the house, she passes a sign that reads “There’s nothing rotten about my rotty!”. Considering the fact that the owners of the house are now zombies, the sign seems slightly ironic.

2) The family of infected in the house — Mother, father, son, and daughter — seems like it may be meant to parallel the Clarks, all of whom (save Alicia) are dead, and, certainly as this episode begins, Alicia herself seems lost.

3) In the title sequence, an infected(?) stands against the storm as the nearby telephone poles, and even the title itself, are blown away.

4) Alicia makes a point of not only throwing the family, but every picture of them, out of the house. Perhaps they remind her of some people? Hmm…

5) How, exactly, did the family die? Alicia finds a lot of food, so…it clearly wasn’t starvation. Maybe we could see their demise in a webisode? (Wishful thinking, I know.)

6) Alicia trying to carry on Madison’s ideals by not killing Charlie, is reminiscent of Rick refusing to kill Negan to honor Carl’s wishes in The Walking Dead’s Season Eight finale, “Wrath”.
