Fear the Walking Dead 412 synopsis: Weak

Fear the Walking Dead continues with “Weak,” where we check back in with Al and June. Here’s your synopsis of episode 412 airing September 2, 2018.

Making it through a hurricane unscathed is hard to do under the best of circumstances, and so far Alicia, Charlie and Morgan made it through relatively unharmed. But things might take a turn for June and Althea, who find themselves trapped in the storm.

Here’s the official synopsis of Fear the Walking Dead “Weak” from AMC:

“June helps when Al’s health deteriorates; Morgan searches for friends lost in the storm.”

Al and June set out to find Charlie before the storm hit. It wasn’t until the storm was almost upon them that they realized a storm was coming, and that meant there wasn’t enough time to get back to the bridge. (It wouldn’t have mattered, of course, because John and Strand had already set out on a search of their own) The SWAT van might be impervious to walkers and most people trying to get in, but it isn’t weatherproof. In fact, it might not be weatherproof at all and that’s a problem.

Previews have revealed that the SWAT van is sitting in an intersection of a country road, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that Al and June are inside. That would be a best case scenario, and best case scenarios rarely play out in the middle of the zombie apocalypse.

Al’s life work is in the SWAT van and it’s hard to imagine that she’ll let it go easily. Expect to see her put up a fight for her van, no matter what condition she’s in.

Big congratulations go out to Colman Domingo, who marks his directorial debut in this week’s episode.
