The interesting stuff from FearTWD 412

  1. The opening sequence. Once again, the opening sequence lets viewers know the focus of this episode will be Al and June being stranded and their struggles mentally and physically when supplies run low. These little videos are a lot of fun!
  2. The teasers for season 8. Much like Fear The Walking Dead, the flagship show is experiencing some big changes as well. Seeing how everything goes down should have fans excited and nervous, but it’s always great to see the commercials because then you know the show is right around the corner.
  3. Talking Dead is back! While the show never left, it’s the time slot that is finally right! Waiting through an episode of Into The Badlands, Preacher, or some other show before getting our weekly dose of undead therapy hopefully won’t happen again through season 4, but you never know these days when AMC will have a show to push in that slot again.
  4. TWD Rewards. Remember how I said “Weak” is the title this week’s episode? Well, it is also the code you need to enter to get 300 points toward great prizes with the fan rewards program. If you aren’t signed up, do so on their official website! Sadly, no code for Talking Dead this week, even though Chris Hardwick said there would be one and there is no spot to input one on the site. However, he still says that code is “QUINN”…
  5. A debut! In case you missed the buzz this week, this episode was directed by Colman Domingo, who has headed up many plays and theatre performances. Known for his character Victor Strand, Domingo did an excellent job bringing this episode to life and hopefully he will get more direction opportunities soon.
