Fear the Walking Dead 413 synopsis: Blackjack

Fear the Walking Dead continues with “Blackjack.” It’s time to check in with the rest of the group. Here’s your synopsis of episode 413 airing September 9, 2018.

The groups continue moving back together after the devastating hurricane that arrived with the mid-season premiere of Fear the Walking Dead. From Strand and John to Luciana to the merry band of truckers who are making their way back to meet up with the rest of the group, it’s time to check in with everyone in “Blackjack.”

So far there have been glimpses of the devastation caused by the storm, but the flooding that claimed John and Strand’s vehicle (as seen in the sneak peek) demonstrates just how much damage was done. Thankfully, the duo made it out alive, but now it’s time to meet the alligator that now calls the newly-formed lake home.

Here’s the synopsis of Fear the Walking Dead 413, “Blackjack”:

“Strand and Dorie are marooned; Luciana aids a man in need; the group’s efforts to help a stranger put everyone in danger.”

It will be interesting to see where Luciana landed after leaving the mansion to search for Charlie. At first she had been upset to see that Charlie was hiding in the house as the storm arrived, but after seeing Charlie’s copy of The Little Prince, she changed. She went out to look for the girl and we haven’t seen Luciana since. Like Morgan, Luciana has also been alone this whole time. Until now.

And now that June and Al have met up with Morgan and his new friends, it’s a matter of getting back to the rest of the group. Let’s hope that Al gets the van back and that they’ll find everyone before they run into the Filthy Woman and her walkers again.

Fear the Walking Dead airs Sundays at 9pm on AMC, with Talking Dead airing immediately afterwards. This week’s Talking Dead guests include Colman Domingo and Chris Jericho.
