The Bad Things from FearTWD 414

  1. Trying to save EVERYONE. There has to be a line in the sand where keeping people alive is no longer a benefit to humanity. That line has been tested multiple times with characters like The Governor, Lizzie, Jared, and others on the flagship show and Chris and Troy on this program. Keeping the Filthy Woman alive would be nice, but could she ever be a normal part of a society?
  2. Those sneaky walkers. Normally walkers will snarl and growl at humans. However, the walkers being toted by Martha remain absolutely silent until they are right upon their prey. She’s one heck of a walker trainer to go along with handing out lessons in being a strong individual.
  3. Since when has ‘stay in the car’ worked? If there is one thing viewers have learned by watching these AMC zombie shows, it is that kids will never do what you expect them to do or even what you tell them to do. Charlie may be an excellent survivor, but when it comes to following orders, that’s something totally different.
  4. Stacking small objects in front of a glass door. Although the doors didn’t shatter due to the pressure from walkers banging on them, the entire frame got pushed in. The small items Morgan and Jim were putting in front of the doors were never going to stop a walker or even reinforce the glass…but it did make for a little obstacle course once the undead got in.
  5. Poor preparation. What were the other survivors doing while June was tending to individuals. The group should have had a plan in place for exiting the hospital as well as scouted out spots with security doors and looking for supplies. The fact they were so ill-prepared for the walkers they knew were coming is surprising.
